Our most exclusive Villa, beautiful, on one floor surrounded by a huge garden. With terrace, exotic plants and private pool. Located on a plot of 1500 square meters, where you can enjoy good times outdoors and the tranquility of Sant Martí d'Empúries. This property boasts its infinity pool offering a perfect balance with the environment, its coating of natural stones from Bali, provides an incomparable emerald green water that we can only see in the most exclusive pools in the world, places like Bali, Bora-Bora or Ibiza... An oasis of peace that invites rest and allows total relaxation.It has a very careful decoration with soft colors and noble materials, which combine in harmony creating a serene atmosphere from your hall, living room, dining room or terrace... The "Casa del Hort" has 2 double rooms each with its own private bathroom and air conditioning system. The main bedroom has an annex where we have put a bed for one more guest, ideal for a child or a teenager. The bathrooms, well prepared and next to the rooms, with shower and/or bathtub, will invite you to that comforting moment at bath time...Bidet, towel dryer, hair dryer, their cabinets...they lack nothing absolutely. The same can be said of its kitchen, fully furnished and equipped, spacious, bright, next to the living room and dining room, while maintaining its own independence. The dining room with large windows allows access to its beautiful terrace, garden and pool. We have created a reading corner with a very comfortable armchair where you can sit down and relax at any time of the day. Warm lighting, fireplace in the living room, central heating, air conditioning, shutters, double-glazed windows, sun loungers, hammock, outdoor furniture, barbecue, private parking, WIFI, smart TV and satellite channels... etc... Some endless attributes, which add to the well-being of any hunter of incredible places at any time of the year. Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.
