NikolauResidence liegt etwas außerhalb der Inselhauptstadt Aegina. Herrlich ruhiges Areal inmitten von Olivenhainen und Pistazienplantagen. kurzer Weg zum Strand in einer schönen Bucht mit Pinien. In ungefähr 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt und kann dort Einkäufe erledigen oder am Hafen einen griechischen Kaffee genießen.Taxis und Busse fahren von dort aus über die ganze Insel zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Jetzt im Frühling blühen zahllose Blumen! Besonders schön war der herzliche Empfang und das gute Service. Besonders gelungen und geschmackvoll fand ich auch die architektonische Revitalisierung die den Charakter der kargen Steinhäusern widerspiegelt.

Our stay was 100% great. We stayed for 5 nights. The place is a hidden gem, off the beaten track, set away from the road. It’s authentic and beautiful, the setting is really idyllic. The apartments are well equipped and have quality double glazing. Although we weren’t bitten, we appreciated the modern insect screens at night as we were able to leave the windows open. They are set behind Kostas’s taverna which serves delicious fresh food much of it coming from the garden behind and the sea in front. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The sandy cove in front of the taverna is via a paved path and a lovely lush garden. Tables extend to the edge of the sea and large old trees and straw umbrellas shade you whilst you eat and chat and watch the boats go by. West facing beautiful sunsets, shallow, sandy, warm, clear sea. 10 minutes by bus (on time, 3 times a day), or taxi 10€ to Aegina Town or the village of Perdika to the south if you want to explore. Short walk to a good supermarket.

Maria is a lovely and very helpful host. The Aquarius Village is a sweet little apartment complex, beautifully arranged and well maintained. My accommodation was facing the road, which meant some traffic noise, but I’m sure that the apartments a bit further away from the road are very peaceful. The views are stunning and the Skala village with all its amenities is only a 10 min walk away. Much recommended.

Gezellig appartement om in te verblijven. De bedden lagen lekker, ook waren er genoeg handdoeken aanwezig. Heel fijn dat er ook een wasmachine aanwezig was. Alle kamers sloten aan bij het balkon, het balkon keek uit op een straat met winkels. Op de hoek zit een bakker (Central), waar wij meerdere keren zijn geweest, zeker een aanrader! Wij zouden zo weer terug gaan! :)

Our stay in Ancient Olympia was absolutely fantastic. From our host Nikolaos’ warm welcome, to the location of the home, being a short stroll to restaurants, shops and the museums and archeological site. All the amenities in the home were well thought out which made our stay very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we look forward to returning again.

Τα λόγια είναι περιττά για να περιγράψουμε το πόσο όμορφα περάσαμε τις μέρες μας στο ζεστό σπίτι της κυρίας Αλίκης, ο χώρος φανταστικός, ζεστός και σε απόλυτη αρμονία με το περιβάλλον. Περάσαμε απίστευτα Χριστούγεννα και Πρωτοχρονιά, νιώθαμε σαν να είμαστε στο σπίτι ενός οικογενειακού μας φίλου. Την τέλεια εμπειρία μας με την κυρία Αλίκη ήρθε και συμπλήρωσε και η κυρία Χριστίνα, η οποία μας πρόσεχε σαν παιδιά της, μας ετοίμαζε κάθε πρωί ένα υπέροχο ζεστό πρωινό και φρόντιζε να μην μας λείπει τίποτα! Σας ευχαριστούμε που μας φιλοξενήσατε στο υπέροχο σπίτι σας και χαιρόμαστε ιδιαίτερα που ο νέος χρόνος μας βρήκε με τόσο αξιαγάπητους ανθρώπους! Εις το επανιδείν, σίγουρα!!! 😍😍

Maria’s place (Deilino Rooms) was very clean and conveniently located near the beach, port, and town center (10min walk). Maria’s helpful advice made our stay very pleasant. She helped us get the most out of the few days we were there. The walls, however, are very thin, which is fine unless the neighbors are loud. Maria always answers in a timely manner which made our stay stress-free!

"Мы недавно провели несколько дней в этой прекрасной квартире Владимира и были потрясены ее совершенством. Квартира была полностью отремонтирована и предусматривала все необходимые детали для комфортного проживания: от сеток на окнах до специального места для сушки полотенец, многоуровневое освещение, комфортная планировка. Кухонная посуда была полностью представлена, а ванная комната была оснащена всеми средствами для гигиены, начиная от палочек для чистки ушей и заканчивая феном. Прекрасная новая мебель, огромный матрас в спальне. Идеальная чистота была одним из главных преимуществ этой квартиры. Изюминка этого места - близость к пляжу. Всего 50 метров и вы в потрясающе чистой мини бухте, куда приезжают в основном местные жители и очень мало туристов. Мы рекомендуем это отличное место всем, кто ищет комфортное, стильное и незабываемое пребывание!
