Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Beautiful traditional apartment in Nafpaktos

The stylish apartment is located in the heart of Nafpaktos, very much the perfect base from which to explore the city from. My apartment is in a quiet alley in the old town of Nafpaktos, merely some yards from the old Port of Nafpaktos, the Mpotsaris Tower, and Psani Beach. From the balcony, one can enjoy the great sea view and the view of the Venetian Castle of Nafpaktos. The apartment retains the unique character of the architecture of the old town of Nafpaktos.

Our house is newly built but in the traditional neoclassical style of Galaxidi. Galaxidi is one of the most beautifully preserved towns of Greece and a well kept secret because it is not "touristy" so you get a good feel of Greece.The house is quite big, 115 sqm. It has a very warm atmosphere, with wooden floors, windows and balconies and lots of light! It is equipped for all seasons and has many extras to make your stay comfortable and happy!

This studio of 45m2 is situated just outside of Corinth on a private property. Therefore you can enjoy quietness, privacy and Greek lifestyle. If you are into more action, restaurants, supermarkets, club etc., you can find it in a 5 mins drive at Loutraki and Korinthos. Also 1 hour from the centre of Athens, and only 100km from Athens International Airport. My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Συνδυάζει την ομορφιά, την ηρεμία και την ασφάλεια μιας ιδιωτικής παραλίας χωρίς κίνηση και αυτοκίνητα ενώ παράλληλα οι λάτρεις της νυχτερινής ζωής μπορούν να την απολαύσουν στα γύρω μέρη- στην Ακράτα, στο Δερβένι ή τον Πλάτανο. Ο χώρος μου είναι ιδανικός για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες με παιδιά και παρέες φίλων.
