A beautiful, detached house surrounded by a large garden overlooking the sea, ideal if you want to experience the magic of peace, quiet and a home away from home. House has nice windows and shutters and window screens . The shopping center and the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters are just a 3-minute walk away. Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! A breezy penthouse with amazing views of the sunset the sea and the mountain. Located on the 6th floor of a block of flats. Lift gets you to the 5th floor and then a staircase to the 6th floor. Wonderful verandas to the front and to the back of the building. One that can be accessed through the living room and the bedroom.
