Our ocean front home is a slice of heaven on the beach, located near Bay County line in Mexico Beach, Florida. The “Heaven on the Beach House” is a classic 1950’s style home, with easy beach and ocean access. Its’ elegant woodwork and breath taking sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico and Cape San Blas are captivating. This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

Quiet beachfront townhouse in residential area of the "Forgotten Coast." Wonderful screened porch overlooking the beach and ocean. Additional deck with chaise lounge for sunbathing. The Outlook

Brand new construction completed in 2024 - the Outlook on Oleander. Just a 90-second walk to beach access at 4th Street. Three stories for stellar views! Our family has had a home in Mexico Beach since the '70s and we are proud to have rebuilt post-Michael! Come enjoy the forgotten coast and get away from it all. Snowbirds welcome. Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.

Fully renovated and updated pet friendly cottage 3 blocks from the beach. Entire property has been renovated with new appliances, furniture and landscaping. The carport and driveway have plenty of room for parking a boat and multiple vehicles. Backyard has a large deck with outdoor seating and grill. St. Joe Beach is a quiet and quaint beach community with the beautiful white sand beach 3 blocks away. All beaches in Gulf County are pet friendly.
