Welcome to East Bay Getaway, a private studio nestled in the woods. This clean and comfortable room with private entrance is a MIL suite attached to your host's home, on more than an acre. It features a kitchenette (no stove), high-speed WiFi, 32" smart TV, and dedicated HVAC system. Plenty of outdoor space, with a large pool and hot tub in the shared, privacy fenced backyard. A bike/walk path is directly across the street, which goes for miles either direction. 3- burner BBQ grill - NEW for 25!

Quiet neighborhood that’s is only minutes from both Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach. After a fun beach day relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake side house. Each room has new beds, smart TVs, fans & extra essentials. Living room has a brand new pull out sleeper sofa. Beach essentials outside in shed. Available 24/7 for any questions.

Please read listing carefully. No pets allowed and no smoking. This is where your glamping adventures begin. You won’t forget your time at this peaceful and quiet place. Our houseboat is docked on the canal with a beautiful view. We make every effort to provide a safe and fun experience. Some amenities include a shower, bathroom sink, kitchenette, microwave, fridge, A/C and gas grill. Since this is a green houseboat, a porta-potty is located about 50 ft. from the boat and the private parking.

This suite is the upstairs portion of our home. It is not the entire house. There is a shared front entrance seperated from main living area by a privacy screen. The entire upstairs is yours. The suite consists of a king bed, bathroom and sitting area that includes a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

You can unwind in the European style library, watch a movie on the 65” Smart TV, or enjoy a cold drink at the outdoor bar area. Coffee on the deck in the garden is the best. Built in 2020, this guesthouse is located in quite and safe neighborhood. 8 miles to Pensacola beach and 17 miles to Navarre Beach. Completely private with your own driveway and parking area, plus the use of the main house pool, patio and BBQ. Beautiful view of the forest. On a case by case basis we will entertain 6 guest.
