Lerwick is the capital of Shetland and our property is located on the outer edge of town, in the prestigious development at Quoys Road. Our superbly finished property, which is of the highest quality, is perfect for business trips, short-breaks and holidaying with family or friends. Boasting 2 large reception rooms, this is the perfect space to suit everyone's needs. Our property enjoys unrestricted views and boasts a spectacular panoramic view of Lerwick. Sitting closer to Norway than the Scottish mainland, Shetland has many Scandinavian influences. We are fortunate to live on an island where we enjoy a large variety of wildlife combined with breath taking scenery and stunning islands. Shetland is renowned for its iconic fair isle knitting and rich fishing industries and hosts many festivals including Up Helly Aa and the Folk Festival. There are many arts and crafts opportunities, museums and musical events for you to enjoy. This is a elegant retreat on two levels including a large kitchen/dining room, downstairs bathroom and upstairs bedrooms and living area. For families there are child locks, stair gates, cot and high chair available upon request. Part of the downstairs is locked off for work space and will be in use through the day.
