Beautiful condominium right on the seashore, and with a beautiful BEACH !!! It is a spectacle to see the sea from your window, everything you need to have some incredible days. Tranquility, comfort and a lot of beach !!! Excellent location, you can walk to shops and restaurants Very comfortable for its wide spaces and suitable for resting, since it is a quiet and very peaceful place, as well as a family one. You can spend a few great days since the condo has all the services.

Relájate con la familia en este alojamiento donde la tranquilidad se respira, excelente vista a la Marina Real, acceso a la playa a unos cuantos metros, área común con alberca y cancha de Pickleball con vista al cerro Tetakawi, acondicionado totalmente. Acceso controlado. NO están permitidas fiestas NI reuniones ruidosas por respeto a las demás personas de los otros condominios. Por seguridad del edificio no está permitido el uso de asadores de carbón.

You can enjoy peace and quiet inside the condo, an expectacular view of Tetakawi and marina San Carlos. You can enjoy the pools in the complex and walking distance to downtown best restaurants, marina and shopping. You have everything you need here. It is important to mention that there is a fee to bring your pets of $60 USD per stay.
