Clean & Comfortable solar/grid guest home. WIFI, bathroom, kitchenette (coffee maker, blender, citrus juicer, mini fridge & electric tea kettle, electric ceramic skillet, grill outside), AC, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds & closet. Open studio plan with a loft. In the quiet hills, 5 minutes in car from Rincon & Aguada beaches. One dog on our 1/4 acre land. 4ppl maximum. 5 minute drive down the hill to the center of town. Rinse sand off. No animals allowed inside the property due to allergies.

Villa Beach House ,it's time to enjoy

We are in the west coast of Puerto Rico in the project Punta del Mar, the villa is nicely decorated and has everything you need for spectacular vacation. The villa has living, dining, family, kitchen, 2.5 bathroom and open terrace in the 2nd floor for relax and looking the green areas of the project. In second floor are 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms Master bedroom with queen bed, walking closet, full bathroom and balcony. Among other facilities it has wi-fi, TV and central air conditioning.

Beachfront House Villa Paz Rincón 🌴

This magical cabin facing the sea, with a large terrace, hammocks and chairs that persuade you to enjoy the sound of the waves of the sea. We have updated the ENTIRE interior of our home! From living room to kitchen to bathrooms and all 3 bedrooms; we have new furniture, fixtures and beds! We also now offer and outdoor, enclosed shower with hot & cold water. Nothing better than an outdoor rinse after a surf, swim or day at the beach!
