The place and location is amazing. Great Airbnb with lots of potential but the place does need a few upgrades. Miguel was amazing, responsive, and attentive. David is also very accommodating and provides everything you need to know regarding restaurants, excursions, chefs etc. I would recommend this place and host to anyone!

Un lugar bastante accesible al Aeropuerto y cercano a las zonas céntricas de la ciudad. También fueron bastantes comprensivos y con toda la disposición de ayudar respecto a un pequeño accidente que tuvimos, ayudaron a que llegáramos a un acuerdo para resolverlo. Bastante amables y un lugar muy bonito, comodo o con todo lo necesario.

Nuestra estadía en Casa Sevonne, fue muy agradable y conveniente para nuestros propósitos de visitar varios pueblos dentro del área de Atitlán. El lugar ofrece vistas espectaculares tal como se ve en las fotos y la guía de recomendaciónea brindada por Sevonne y Tom nos ayudó a familiarizarnos rápidamente con las conexiones necesarias para pasar los días sin complicaciones. Agradecemos la estadía en casa Cevonne, un lugar mágico.

Es un lugar que se ajusta a las necesidades del viajero, el estilo estudio permite que uno tenga espacios de relajación cada una separado del otro, además cuenta con ecofiltro por lo que el agua embotellada podría no ser del todo necesaria. Ubicado sobre la avenida 10 que es la más actual al día de hoy, muy cerca de las comodidades que ofrece la ciudad de Guatemala, seguro y accesible.

This is a beautiful loft. They have stocked it with absolutely anything you might need. The decor is well done. The local host is very kind. As a few others have mentioned, the gate is a bit tricky to get a car (or in our case SUV) in and out, but the neighbor was kind each and helped us each time we wanted to take the car out. We also took Uber quite often, which was simple and inexpensive. The apartment is a short walk to Central Park. In a group, during the day, the walk was easy. Food delivery is simple and many things are nearby. It was a great place to work for a few days in the middle of our trip.

So about a week before going to Antigua, Karla called me and said that there had been a mix up and her place was unavailable. BUT, she found another place for me through a friend and even comped the price, as it was more expensive. The place ended up being very nice and a bit closer to the center. We were very thankful for Karla’s assistance and our time in Antigua was perfect!

Very cute, clean and cozy. We spent an afternoon lounging by the pool and loved it. Perfect for our quick 2 night stop in Antiqua. I wouldn’t stay longer because it is very small, but perfect for my trip. I thought the bed was fine but my friend found it very firm. One thing to note is the WiFi is fine but not super great. It cut out a bit and was only 20-30 download speed.

este lugar fue muy lindo y acogedor, todo muy cerca tiendas restaurantes y fácil aseso. el apartamento es muy lindo, colonial y tiene todo lo que se necesita. gracias a Jose por siempre estar atento a todas nuestras necesidades. de verdad lo recomiendo y definitivamente volvería a quedarme aquí :)

Aidas home was home away from home. Perfect for just me and my husband to spend the weekend in xela. It has its own parking space which made it really easy to go and come as we pleased. The location is great and very safe. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to any of our Friends.

The place was nice. It's in the city so nose should be expected, but I found that the loft was a little quieter than downstairs. the blankets were very warm. I enjoyed the view from the back balcony😊

Un Sueño en La Antigua Guatemala

Romeo and Wendy are extraordinary hosts! Would give them 10 stars if I could! We were able to meet them in person and they are lovely, warm people. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bright guatamalen style colors and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. There is a private balcony off the bedroom that is great to enjoy the morning sun and the cool evenings. Orotava villas, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Nice heated pool. Many nooks to relax and enjoy the quiet, calm atmosphere. It is a very secure, safe property with a security gate and guard. The location is superb… walk to edge town is only 10 and to parc central about 20 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle you prefer. Antiqua a wonderful city full of charm and warm people. If you visit Antiqua Romeo and Wendy villa is the place to stay!

Skyline - Loft de lujo en Ciudad de Guatemala

Great place To stay in guatemala especially if you need to be around this area of the city. The flat was lovely! Felt at home. Great distribution, internet connection and has all you need. Furthermore it really felt like the host picked up everything as if it was for herself - very different from other Airbnb flats that feel like the minimum is bought to mee the criteria. El lugar fue tal y como lo describieron. Siu muy atenta y responde inmediatamente a los mensajes. Se encuentra ubicado en un lugar céntrico pero no en el bullicio del centro, a una distancia caminable de todas las principales atracciones. El apartamento se encontraba limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Tiene todo para cocinar pero la verdad no lo necesite porque Antigua tiene muchísimas alternativas de excelentes sitios para comer. A mi regreso dejé olvidadas unas cosas y Siu inmediatamente se comunicó conmigo para reportarlas y hacérmelas llegar en Guatemala. Definitivamente cuando regrese a Antigua busco este lugar.

The month at Catalina Apartments was fantastic. The building is beautifully put together, with art, open spaces and a rooftop area - complete with gym, sitting area, and views across the city. The room was extremely clean, and had all I needed for my stay. Edwin is friendly, helpful and responsive. I'd definitely stay again if I was in Xela.
