Es un lugar muy tranquilo, lejos del bullicio del centro del pueblo, pero accesible caminando (10minutos ) o con vehiculo, (hay un parqueo pequeño para carro tipo sedan). La propiedad está a la orilla del lago, con muelle flotante privado, desde el cual se puede disfrutar, cayakear y/o nadar. Pregunta sobre los servicios adicionales que ofrece Pa'guarida (lavanderia, mandados, etc)
