Hermoso Apartamento con Terraza Privada

Great airbnb, pretty fancy and clean. The A/C works great and we loved the terrace. A bunch of stuff in the mall area including a few atms and a bunch of restaurants/grocery store. Having the Bluetooth speaker is actually a big plus for me too. I wish there was a little free gym instead of the paid SmartFit but it’s not too expensive

Estoy muy satisfecha con mi estancia, el alojamiento estaba impecable, todo ordenado y limpio, la calidad del apartamento es excelente ; el anfitrión respondió rápidamente a mis preguntas, las instrucciones fueron claras y el personal de recepción es muy amable. Lo recomiendo totalmente, gracias por una experiencia tan agradable!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very safe and in walking distance/Uber ride to everything you need. The place was so clean, the beds were super comfortable and communication was easy and straight forward. We would definitely stay here again if back in the city

La ubicación es excelente, el lugar muy amplio y cómodo. Estaba muy limpio, coincide con las fotos de la descripción y efectivamente por encontrarse en una zona transitada, hace que el ruido sea constante, pero no genera problema para conciliar el sueño.

Excelente lugar, muy grande, habitaciones lindas, todo el apartamento muy limpio y agradable, la ubicación es ideal ya que se baja en el ascensor y se encuentra el centro comercial por lo que es accesible para ir de comprar u por comida, lo super recomiendo y el anfitrión es el mejor que he encontrado en la aplicación.

Muy buena estadia en este apartamento, bien ubicado en zona 10 con acceso a las vias principales, cerca del Oakland Place, la habitacion principal muy comoda con a/c, el lugar coincide con las fotos, en definitiva una experiencia general muy buena.

Muy cómoda estancia! El lugar es muy cómodo, el personal del edificio es muy amable y están atentos en cualquier momento, y en daso de necesitarlo, los comercios cercanos son muy convenientes. Eugenia fue muy amable y atenta con nosotros guíandonos con las instrucciones para ingresar y nos dio seguimiento para asegurarse de que todo estuviera bien.

Wonderful apartment. Beautiful clean and luxurious. Only downside was that the pool was not heated, which is what my kids were really looking forward to, and the reason we chose this place. It was broken for several weeks according to the manager downstairs.

My family and I loved staying here! The location is great. The apartment is across the street from the Pullmantur drop off, which made arriving and departing from Guatemala really easy. The apartment is also walking distance from malls like Fontabella and Oakland Place. The apartment was squeaky clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The views of the city were great. Thank you so much Joshua! We can’t wait to go back :)

lugar 100/10. apartamento con 3 cuartos ideal para grupos medianos y con 2 espacios para vehículos. Unico detalle muy menor es que no hay jabón para ducharse pero el resto es de lujo. Recomendado siempre.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este Airbnb. He estado en muchos lugares, pero este ha sido el mejor hasta ahora en Guatemala. Desde el momento en que llegas, todo está muy bien explicado y es fácil de seguir. El lugar está lleno de detalles que hacen la estancia especial: café, galletas, chips, productos de limpieza, lavadora y secadora con jabón incluido. Es amplio, muy limpio, con excelente aire acondicionado tanto arriba como abajo, y televisiones en ambos pisos. Muy cómodo, acogedor y bien pensado. Se nota el cuidado y dedicación del anfitrión. ¡Gracias por hacer que mi estadía fuera tan agradable! Sin duda, lo recomiendo y me encantaría volver.

Fabi and Javier were the bests hosts. They were very clear with their instructions on how to get to the apartment. Always responsive with any question I had. I loved the apartment, it was very comfortable for our family. Hot water and portable ac for the win. I recommend staying here! You won’t regret it!
