Ubicada en el centro de la Ciudad Colonial de Antigua Guatemala, cuenta con restos coloniales restaurados ubicada en una de las calles mas pintorescas, frente a las Ruinas Capuchinas, Ojo tomar en cuenta que las instalaciones son para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes, comparten únicamente el ingreso a la vivienda. (vivienda anexa) A 5 minutos caminando al parque central de la ciudad. a 15 minutos del cerro de la cruz. Se encuentra completamente equipada para una estadía tranquila y placentera.

Este espacio es muy céntrico, su ubicación es muy cercana al aeropuerto(15 mins). Cuenta con todo lo básico y es un espacio seguro. Esta situado cercano al sistema de Transurbano para transportarte a donde necesites ir. El área es excelente pues tiene muchos servicios a su alrededor, existe un mall a 3 cuadras con cines restaurantes supermercado etc. El apartamento también se ubica a dos cuadras de la Avenida a Las Américas excelente para caminar. El apartamento no cuenta con parqueo.
