De studio's van Asteria zijn voorzien van tv, airconditioning, gratis WiFi (500MB download/500MB upload best effort), een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een eigen badkamer en wasmachine. In de studio is een ruim 2 persoonsbed aanwezig, daarnaast is er een klamboe aanwezig. De keuken is voorzien van een magnetron, waterkoker, nespresso en koelkast. Koken is tevens mogelijk op de keramische kookplaten. Een bureau/werkruimte is beschikbaar (Inclusief bureaulamp, monitor (input HDMI) en muismat .

GH: Comfortable apartment at 3 KM from the center

Compleet ingericht bovenappartement met een groot balkon. Terrein is volledig omheind. Het appartement ligt op 10 minuten rijden van het historische centrum, de Kathedrale Basiliek. In iedere slaapkamer (3)een 2 persoons bed 160x200 met elk een eigen douche en wc. Parkeren naast het huis. Airco in de slaapkamers en woonkamer/keuken. Inbegrepen in de prijs: stroom 20 KWH/dag (ongeveer 8 uren airco en normaal gebruik van overige apparatuur). Kosten voor meer verbruik stroom is Euro 0,30/KWH.

Appartement Hematiet is een volledig airconditioned appartement in het hartje van Paramaribo, op loopafstand van het uitgaanscentrum. Het huis beschikt over WIFI, een grote Televisie waarop je gezellig kunt Netflixen of Youtuben. Op 5 minuten loopafstand is het uitgaanscentrum met verschillende eettenten, restaurants en warungs waar je kunt smullen van heerlijke gerechten uit verschillende keukens.
