Коттедж очень хорошо расположен, благоустроенный частный пляж в пяти минутах ходьбы, большая, красивая охраняемая территория зоны отдыха, много зелени, цветов. Есть приличная столовая. У самого коттеджа чудная терраса, которая выходит в небольшой, но красивый и ухоженный дворик. Квартира на первом этаже просторная и удобная для отдыха, все необходимое есть. От Ларисы узнали массу полезной информации. Прекрасные хозяева, отличное жилье. Планируем приезжать еще.

We had an excellent experience with the furnished villa; the owner is not only communicative and cooperative but also kind and accommodating. The villa is top-notch and elegant, offering any amenity we needed. Its vast agricultural background, along with features like a sauna and indoor swimming pool, make it stand out as one of the finest residences I've visited. However, addressing issues related to water supply and hot water interruptions during winter would make it the perfect villa in this area.

Приятная студия, где есть всё необходимое. Находится в минуте ходьбы от пляжа, рядом есть парк. Мы ездили не в сезон, поэтому близость кафе и магазинов оценить не можем, но думаем, что летом с ними проблем нет. Хозяйка всегда на связи. Единственное, было бы неплохо иметь возможность самозаселения, а то нам пришлось подождать минут 30 ключи.

The apartment is small, but very cozy and comfortable. The design is very well thought through and it has everything you may need for your stay. The only downside is poor internet, but seems to be the general issue of the region and not the particular place. If you need it for work I’d recommend having a mobile one as back up. The community itself is one of the best on Issyk-Kul with nice territory, good restaurants and kids playgrounds. We really enjoyed our time there.

We had a fantastic stay at Jacobien and Samara. Jacobien helped us out with planning activities(hiking and hot spring), while Samara took care of our meals (also a lunchbox for during the hike). We stayed in a yurt which was a little bit cold at night, but we used some hot stones wrapped in a towel to stay warm and that worked!:-) ::ask Samara in the morning for a cappucino; really nice:: Thanks!!

The apartment was perfect for a three-day vacation in the area. It was directly across from beach access and about a four-block walk from several restaurants. Be mindful, it is on the 4th floor so if you intend to do much drinking this will be a long trip at the end of the night. The host was very helpful to make recommendations and even let us check out a little later than expected. The view is AMAZING. I could not have asked for a better location for my stay.
