Recently renovated, this well appointed villa offers couples, friends & families a peaceful getaway with the creature comforts of an established family home. Meticulously built over 3 levels, The Bay House provides open plan kitchen, living & dining, a 2nd family relax room, 3 extra-large bedrooms, one en-suite and a 2nd spacious bathroom. Exposed trussed ceilings, rich solid timber floorboards throughout, provide a warm homely beachside feel. 2 split air-conditioners & a stunning wood stove.

Wye River beach shack hideaway in the tree tops

Wye River Beach Shack is a 2-bedroom 1950s beach house in the treetops with wildlife & ocean views, perfectly suited for a couple, two couples or a family. A short walk down to the surf beach, cafe/general store and pub situated on the Great Ocean Road. NOTE-there is separate access to the second bedroom downstairs and it is on its own key code. If you do not need second bedroom there is no additional charge. When booking both bedrooms for (2 -4 people) there is a $50 for cleaning and linen.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.
