Unique old town apartment, Aarhus

Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Enjoy the tranquility at home or the vibe in the trendy harbour area, or walk 20 minutes to city centre. Bedding and towels included.

Family friendly summer house by the beach

Family friendly summer house with ocean view on large undisturbed property. Perfect for a small getaway in the nature and by the sea. Newly renovated in all wood material and natural colors creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

Lejligheden er på 67m2 og ligger med en helt unik beliggenhed lige ud til havet og øen Hjelm med fantastisk havudsigt fra den terrasselignende altan. Lejligheden er en del af det oprindelige stuehus fra , som ligger i forbindelse med Blushøjgård Kursus- og feriecenter. Lejligheden er stemningsfyldt med bindingsværk, loftsbjælker (højde 1.85m) - og med hyggelig og personlig indretning. 5 min. gang til stranden.

Der er ganske få meter til et forfriskende hav bad ved badebroen foran Lighthouse. Boligen fremstår moderne i sit udtryk med vægge i rå beton og indeholder et toilet, køkken og spiseplads på nederste plan. På første sal er der badeværelse, soveafdeling med dobbeltseng, samt sovesofa i stuen - der kan slås ud til 2 personer.

Slutrengøring kr. 995,- pr. ophold. Der følger en brændekurv fyld med brænde, medbring evt. selv træ. Der betales for forbrug efter måler, strøm 2,79 kr. pr kwh, vand og afledning kr. 89,- pr m3, udlejer aflæser ved tjek ind og ud og sender opkrævning af reelt forbrug via Airbnb.

Huset ligger rigtigt fint på grunden med en fantastisk dejlig udsigt ud over årstidernes gang i Mols Bjerge. Der er et stort køkken/alrum og opholdsrum med brændeovn, badeværelse og tre pæne værelser med køje eller dobbeltsenge. Der er en stor terrasse mod syd og vest rundt om huset.
