House AND summerhouse on 1 hectare down to the sea

Havvejen is a unique property located on an acre of located of virgin forrest down to the sea. The main house consists of two bedrooms, a cozy living room, and a spacious bathroom. About 400 meter down from the main house you find a cosy and minimalistic summer cottage, built in 1950 located just 50 meter from the sea. All the way in-between the two houses you have forest and nature all around you! A perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet immerse yourself in nature's grand playground.

Stilfuldt hus på/i naturgrund tæt ved by og strand, i perfekte rammer til ferie & afslapning. Overetagen tilbyder fantastisk stemning, hvor natur og lys virkelig får lov at komme ind i det store rum. Fra køkkenet i underetagen er der direkte adgang til stor/dejlig terasse samt have hvor I kan gå på opdagelse i de mange kroge. To soveværelser m. dobbeltseng + dobbelt madras på anneks med stemningsfuld udsigt til stjernehimlen. 6 spisebordsstole + to højstole. (evt. mulighed for flere voksne)

Oplev Djursland fra vores hyggelige hjem i Hornslet! Masser af plads til ro og hygge med nærliggende oplevelser. Tæt på Letbanen imod Aarhus eller Grenaa. Nyd attraktioner som Djurs Sommerland, Ree Park og Kattegatcentret. Få adgang til strande og gode indkøbsmuligheder. Brug tiden i huset hvor i kan nyde vores fine have eller en afslappende stund i vores vildmarksbad. Perfekt base for familiens eventyr! OBS! Vi har tre Marsvin (Ludvig, Bamse og Blomster) ved længere ophold skal de fodres.

Tag hele familien med til denne fantastiske bolig med masser af plads. Haven har trampolin, shelter med plads til 4 mand. Huset ligger på en rolig villavej i et naturskønt område med masser af skov og en fantastisk badestrand 2,5 km fra huset. Vi stiller desuden en cykel til rådighed. Huset har 1 stort soveværelse med plads til 3 personer. Et gæsteværelse med plads til 1 person. 2 børneværelser. 2 badeværelser og en stor dejlig have. Toyota Aygo er mulig at leje ved ekstra betaling.

Denmark as its best

Full of light and air, 150 meters from the sea, this modern summerhouse is perfect for enjoying life with friends & family. Next to the Øer Maritime Harbour, kayaks are available to rent, right next to a lovely ice-cream stand; kite-surfing is also a popular local activity. A grocery shop is nearby, accessible by both foot & car - that same building offers a variety of activities. The nearby town of Ebeltoft is also a must, with its 15th & 16th century buildings and small boutique shops.

"Kysthytten" by Saksild beach and close to Aarhus

Kysthytten is located by East Jutlands most beautiful bathing beach, Saksild Strand (250m), 20 min. drive from Aarhus. A holiday home on 2 levels, 140 sqm for 7 persons and direct access to enclosed patio. From the upper floor there is a fantastic view to the east over the sea / west over fields. 150 meters to the nearest shopping during the summer period. In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)

Dette er en meget unik bolig på en af de mest rolige veje i Aarhus nær strand og skov. Huset er kun 10 min cykeltur fra Aarhus centrum og alligevel føler du ikke du er i byen. Start dagen ud med en dukkert eller gå ned til den lokale bager. Forstaden Risskov har et fint indkøbs-, café- og restaurant miljø hvor du kan finde alt hvad hjertet begærer. Just a stones-throw away from the beach and the water's edge, this little pearl will allow you a restful holiday with the style and simplicity akin to life in Denmark in the 1930's. Similar to the series "Badehotellet" (Seaside Hotel) - a gorgeous period drama. Electricity in this home must be accounted for. The electricity meter is read on arrival and on departure.
