Extras include yoga mat, weights and a basketball hoop. Right at the Heritage Trail, Cafés 15mins walk away. Hosts live 20meters below the studio and respect your privacy. Welcome to Lesmurdie-Perth Hills. 🎴 Our Guest house is located at a quiet culdesac road, 25’ from Perth City Center. Within a short walk, you´ll reach a bus stop, the local IGA, bottle shop & restaurants/take away. The unit is separate to the main house with a large bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom & fully equipped kitchen. Parking right beside the unit. The laundry facilities are outside. If you like total privacy you won’t be disturbed, but saying this we do have 2 boys (6&10) and a dog, Millie

Surrounded by nature close to town

We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Vermillion Skies - listen to nature sing

Relax, unwind, take in the expansive views of Perth City and Swan Coastal Plain. The property is on the Swan View escarpment, giving sweeping westerly views and captures amazing Sunsets that turn the skies an amazing Vermillion Red. Next door to John Forrest National Park, and don't forget to check out the many hiking and heritage trails. Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

Alma Apartment - easy access to airports

Alma Apartment is easy access to both airports and to the Swan Valley. Your accommodation is self contained, with your own front door, and initial access is via a lock box so you can come and go as you please. Basic breakfast goods supplied for first 1-2 days. A queen size bed with firm mattress, as well as clothes storage. There is a comfy sofa for watching TV (currently free to air only) and a console with powerpoints for charging your devices. Wifi accessible. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY.

Hills Manor House

Considered a landmark for many years this home is still admired by the people that pass by today. Built by stonemasons from Italy in 1940 from locally quarried stone, this Lovely renovated house has multiple living and entertaining areas and a large fenced garden. Bus from front gate links to Perth Rail. Please note that a caretaker is sometimes on site in separate accommodation. The house is on the doorstep of John Forrest National Park and also close to the hustle and bustle of Midland.

A fully self contained 1 bedroom apartment, with secure parking and its own independent entrance. You benefit from a full kitchen including oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and all the equipment you might need. Ensuite shower room and light and spacious office room. Split Cycle Air-Conditioning in living/kitchen. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY INCLUDING OUTSIDE. Flat is connected to another house, fully independant access and private but you may hear occasional noises from the main house.

The Nest

Welcome to our secluded idyllic acres at Swan View on Jane Brook. Our fully renovated, detached, self-contained little guest house, shady pool area and natural spaces make an ideal retreat for a couple or two singles. Near scenic John Forest National Park, great walks in the Swan Valley and Perth Hills area. Continental breakfast and light meal are ready for you to put together in the kitchen.

Situated on the Darling Range Eastern Hills Heritage Trail - Fully self-contained private apartment with queen bed and lounge/kitchen/diner, peaceful weekend retreat.
