I greet every guest so it is IMPORTANT to let me know your arrival time. IowaNice is a real thing not just a saying. I will be happy to cook Iowa home style meals for you, just let me know ahead of time. Also available for child care and dog sitting. Long term guest can have laundry done. I want you to know what small town Iowa is like.

My place is about two blocks from High trestle bike trail access. Centrally located between Ames and Des Moines . Our place has one or two private rooms on the upper level,good for couples.Entire upper level is yours to use along with small kitchen ,full bath - (a small nook for kids or 1 adult)We also have garage space for bikes! Just let me know in advance so I can give you a key! We share parking in the drive and also have on the street parking.
