Peaceful on the Park

Quiet and beautiful above garage apartment. Our home is on a beautiful Phelps Grove Park with tennis courts, bike and walking paths, playground equipment, gardens, and The Springfield Art Museum. It is also near colleges, shopping, restaurants, and night life. Private entry, driveway parking, and access to laundry with stays of 3 or more nights. Spacious, beautiful home close to Mercy and MSU

This large and comfortable 2bd 2ba home is close to everything. Lovely with hardwood floors throughout, 1750 sq. ft., 2 living areas, a large kitchen and dining room, and a spacious backyard, you will have plenty of space to relax. If you're a runner or a cyclist, this house is located right off the South Creek Greenway. Minutes from downtown, MSU, both hospitals, and Bass Pro.
