Beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, dog-friendly house with a dedicated office in a scenic & safe neighborhood with 1-car garage & large, private fenced-in back yard. Just a few minutes from the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds, the Bigshots Golf Experience, Cooper Sports Complex and a 15-minute drive to the Bass Pro Shops and Wonders of Wildlife. Location! Location! Location! Our completely private, remodeled duplex is located just south of Hwy 60 in Springfield, MO. We are only a couple minutes from the closest grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. The Battlefield Mall, Bass Pro Wonders of Wildlife, Cox and Mercy hospitals are all under 10 minutes away, and Downtown Springfield is a short 15 minute drive. If our West unit is a bit too small for your group, you can combine your booking with our East unit if available!

Spacious, beautiful home close to Mercy and MSU

This large and comfortable 2bd 2ba home is close to everything. Lovely with hardwood floors throughout, 1750 sq. ft., 2 living areas, a large kitchen and dining room, and a spacious backyard, you will have plenty of space to relax. If you're a runner or a cyclist, this house is located right off the South Creek Greenway. Minutes from downtown, MSU, both hospitals, and Bass Pro.
