Escape from your busy life for an incredible peaceful get-away. This luxury waterfront suite is the perfect place to relax, recharge and reconnect. Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat.

Welcome to Sunset Cottage. Built in 2020, this home gets its name from its gorgeous sunset views! Enjoy days on the lake with your own dock and a relaxing evening around the firepit or in the brand new hot tub. You're on lake time with a main bedroom and fully equipped kitchen on level 1 plus 2 additional bedrooms, a bar, and bunk bed on the terrace level! With outside porches on two levels, you won't miss the gorgeous sunset! We loved this house so much after staying here -we bought it! :-)

Relax & enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Oconee from this lakefront home. Completely renovated approx 1 year ago with luxury finishes & new furnishings! Less than a mile to restaurants, general store, fitness center (day passes available for a fee) & Anchors marina that has boat rentals! Plenty of parking, flat yard to play games, fire pit, new dock to fish & swim from or relax! If you’re not ready to totally unplug, it does offer both Wi-Fi and smart TVs.
