Cuscowilla Resort - Lakefront 2 bedroom Villa(A/B)

Villa Positano is a waterfront two bed, two bath lodge villa inside of Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee. Amazing Big Water views abound so you can relax and enjoy. There is great hiking and local boat rental available. 2 night minimum. The 2 bedroom villa features hardwood floors, shiplap wall detail and a 70" smart tv, sunroom with panoramic views, fully equipped kitchen, laundry in the unit, and access to water toys and a boat slip (must reserve ahead of time). Ready for you to enjoy lake life!

The Sunrise Cove on Lake Oconee is a four bedroom waterfront home in a wind-protected, quiet cove. Just minutes from a local marina and a short boat ride to local eating on the lake. Dock has cleats to tie up your boat. Great swimming area for the kids. Quick access to dining, movies, groceries and local attractions. Fishing, sporting clay shooting, off road dirt biking. Great relaxing get away for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (dogs).

Escape from your busy life for an incredible peaceful get-away. This luxury waterfront suite is the perfect place to relax, recharge and reconnect. Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat.

On the Lake and In the Woods

This wonderful vacation home is on the lake and nestled in the woods. Our private dock is on deep water and the view from the deck is a big-water view. Sit on the deck with your morning coffee, listen to the song birds, watch the blue birds feed their young, or simply sip your coffee and enjoy the serenity of the lake. Each bedroom has its own deck access that will allow you to slip out and enjoy the morning without disturbing the rest of the household.

Property is a 2 unit house, We have renovated and moved into unit A full time and excited to be finally living the lake life!! Being onsite will enable us to be more proactive with maintenance etc. Water front in secluded cove with Dock for your use. Ample parking out front for vehicles and boat trailers. Boat ramp and convenience store within walking distance of house. Property is located off Rt 44 near Harmony Crossing. SORRY NO PETS.
