Lo Key Villa is a fully gut-renovated 4BR/2BA private compound directly on Coco Bay, Green Turtle Cay, Abaco, Bahamas. Two self-contained floors (beach-level Island Gypsy + panoramic penthouse), each with living space, kitchen, bath, and large covered bay-view porch. Sleeps up to 8 but ideally suited for 4 adults and four children or 2–4 adult guests. Direct beach access, central AC, Starlink, generator, dishwashers, and in-unit laundry on both floors. The master suite opens onto the relaxing waterfront porch. Steps away is a private outdoor shower. Paddle board less than one minute to the secluded beach for lounging and taking in amazing sunsets.

Welcome to our little slice of heaven, located on Eastern Shores. Named for its' "Tucked In" feel, you will think you are floating on water when you wake up each morning in our studio-style cottage that can sleep up to 4, with a queen bed and pullout couch. Park your boat up to 40’ on the private dock or take the ferry to surrounding islands. Or just relax, enjoy the kayak or swim in the crystal clear waters of the Bahamas. The airport, grocery store and restaurants are just 15 minutes away

Maranatha Cottage, Green Turtle Cay - Harbour View

Bright, breezy, coastal cottage located in the main village of New Plymouth. Originally built in the late 1860s but completely renovated and modern. Situated on the main shore road with a view of the beautiful harbour. Minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores and the beaches. Air conditioned throughout, main bed and bath downstairs, second bedroom (twin beds, air mattress or convertible to a King upon request.) with full shower and bathroom upstairs.

The Swamp

The Swamp is perfectly located in the middle of Green Turtle Cay with a 3 minute walk to the pristine white sand beaches. Built in 2024, this property offers a spacious open floor plan with a coastal organic vibe. 3 bedrooms that will comfortably sleep 6 guests and plenty of seating and space for entertaining in the dining and living area. This home is brand new construction that was completed in late 2024 and new to the rental market as of 4/2025.

Sunset cottage on the sea of Abaco

Sunset cottage is located on the sea of Abaco in the historic settlement near bars , restaurants, grocery stores , liquor stores and churches . You will enjoy some of the prettiest sunsets out the front door you will see lots of sealife out the front door and off the dock . Our dock will accommodate outboard boats . New Plymouth settlement has fewer mosquitoes and noseeum's compared to anywhere out of the settlement.
