Desert Gardens #3

This unit is a stand alone cottage located just 2 blocks from Main Street and 1 block from the City Park where most events and festivals are held. With it's quiet and lush garden setting as well as its prime downtown location, this property is truly unique and exceptional. This property features a large fenced in yard, a hot tub (shared with 3 units), BBQ and charcoal grill, lush flower gardens and plenty of shade to relax with the family. We work very hard to provide first class accommodations.

Ranch House

This great 2 bed 2 bath with full kitchen, covered porch with BBQ gas grill & table, air conditioning, TV, WiFi is located at the base of the beautiful Book Cliffs. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Besides being close to Moab, Arches & Canyonlands National Parks, we are a few miles from 4500 year old Indian painting, and the ghost town of Sego. ATV riding is at your doorstep. We are 3/4 of a mile from Exit 187 on I-70 with a gas station and convenient market at the exit. 5 star reviews

New home is inviting and comfortable. 2 bedrooms 1 bath. Mattresses/ linens are of high quality for your comfort. Bathroom has a walk in shower with a large rain head + wand, luxury towels, blow dryer, shampoo and conditioner. Washer,dryer, iron, detergent provided for laundry. Kitchen is equipped with new appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, and much more. Open space is simply decorated and comfortable with smart TV (no cable). Covered porch with BBQ, table and 4 chairs.

Two bedroom, queen in master, queen in 2nd bedroom, and couch in living room with a full. Like your house, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, washer and dryer. 145 acres and a mile of Colorado River frontage. Surrounded by thousands of acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the main house doesn't fit your needs.
