Seaside Living Close to the Stadium. Alt Power.

The apartment is 50m2 consisting of the following: •bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (toilet, hand basin and shower), •living area with a small desk •Kitchenette with oven, microwave and fridge •Second toilet which also houses washing machine. There is a television in the bedroom as well as in the living area. Uncapped Wi-Fi is available in the unit. Guests will receive their own set of keys and will have the entire apartment to themselves. The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor. Although the area is safe for pedestrians at day and night, the apartment is also very secure. The door has a security gate and the outside window sill is about 3m above the ground level. The window is fitted with lockable security shutters. The complex has access control and there is a fulltime janitor on site. You will be welcomed in person and you can get in touch with me at any point during your stay. The building is located in Mouille Point, an affluent and safe suburb located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of many of Cape Town's major attractions and popular restaurants. Given its central location, highways and major routes in and around the city are within easy access. Cape Town’s International Airport can be reached in 30 minutes. If you do not have a car: coffee shops, restaurants, Green Point Urban Park, golf course, Mouille Point’s beachfront and promenade as well as the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area. Connect to the surrounding areas on the Atlantic Seaboard or central Cape Town via the convenient and popular MyCiTi Bus public service, the Mouille Point bus stop is 120m from the apartment complex. This service also provides access the pristine beaches of Camps Bay, Clifton and Hout Bay. The red hop on hop off City Sightseeing tour bus stops at the Green Point light house on the Sea Point promenade 700m from apartment. High Level Living: Sweeping Views of Cape Town

Gaze across Cape Town towards the ocean from the deck of this minimalism-inspired penthouse. With a spacious open-plan living area accented with soft greys and tasteful pops of colour, it's a superb place to have an evening BBQ and listen to music. This spacious, bright and well appointed 2 bedroom apartment is centrally located and provides guests with the essence of Cape Town living! Generous living space opens out onto a large deck with breathtaking views of Robben Island, the famous Green Point Stadium, Green Point Park and Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment is close to many of the City's attractions as well as having restaurants, shops and deli's in walking distance. Your host will be available to answer any questions and give advice & recommendations should guests be new to Cape Town and would like assistance in planning their itinerary - Please feel free to ask you host. Also, in case of emergencies, your host lives in the area 2 minutes away. Green Point is a vibrant neighborhood that offers a wide variety of coffee shops, delicious cuisine, local pubs, and trendy bars. Many of Cape Town's attractions are nearby and there is an abundance of national parks and beaches to explore. Because we are centrally located, Uber Taxis are always close by and available. There is exceptionally efficient and cost effective MyCity Bus service 10 metres from the apartment (30 second walk). This is the main transport mode of Cape Town. Should we wish to rent a vehicle, there is plenty of on-street parking around the building.

Admire the breathtaking backdrop of Signal Hill before a leisurely stroll across the park to the ocean and the beach front promenade. Unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix for your enjoyment. The apartment is renovated and refurbished with new appliances, furniture and linen. The space is quiet and tranquil and perfect to relax or work away from the buzz. Free uncapped WiFi is included. The entire apartment and common areas will be available to residents. We shall gladly assist our guests with any questions and suggestions they may have. The flat is within easy walking distance of the Cape Town Stadium, parks, the promenade, many buzzing restaurants, deli's, bakeries and the famous V&A Waterfront. The MyCiti bus stop just steps away gives quick access to the rest of the city. Within walking distance of the Green Point Park & Stadium, V&A Waterfront, Graduate School of Business UCT (GSB), gyms, restaurants, shops, deli's (Giovanni's being a favourite) and pubs. Apart from taxi and shuttle services being available, it is on the MyCity bus route. Ample street parking is available as well as a Free Public Parking Area across the street. It is only 2,6km from the CBD and Cape Town International Convention Centre-CTICC-approximately 5 minutes in peak traffic times. There are a few steps in the garden path leading to the apartment while the apartment itself is on one flat level with no internal stairs.

Uber is inexpensive and a great way of getting around Cape Town.

It is a trendy neighbourhood, close to good restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a supermarket and public transport all within a 2 minute walking distance from the apt. It is close to De Waterkant and the V&A Waterfront. Guests will have access to the whole apartment as well as a secure parking bay. The building has a reception with24 Hr security.
