Not suitable for children or infants. Lots of concrete and sharp corners. Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of water side lawn. A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years. Designed as a place for friends and family to gather, the Youbou Lakehouse is a sanctuary where you can unwind and connect with the natural world. Our guest cabin is nestled in a peaceful wooded acreage in Nanoose Bay, BC. The entire cabin is for your exclusive use. To keep the cabin allergen free, WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS. Our home is at the back of the 5 acres so we are available if you have any questions. Please note the added fees - the price listed includes your AirBnb charges and taxes but as a courtesy, we do not add cleaning fees. It is our expectation that all guests make the effort to leave our guest cabin neat and tidy..

South facing, sheltered from most of the wind, walk-on oceanfront in the city! Large deck, Solarium, Hot-tub, Kayaks and stunning views (Brandon Islands, Newcastle Island Provincial Park, Birds, Seals, Otters, Boats, Fisheries Canada docks). Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.

The house is best as getaway for 2 with occasional guests in separate bedrooms. all amenities plus a fireplace, heated stone floors and outside bathtub. Watch the storms or the full moon from the bedroom.

Permit issued from the Islands Trust for this listing for short term vacation rentals. Provincial registration number obtained and valid. Lovely three bedroom cottage on the ocean with private beach access. Sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms. Fully fenced side yard, dogs negotiable.
