Stunning Greenlake Private Suite. Big Soaker Tub!

You’ll love our place because it's very clean and cozy. Our central location is only blocks from the Roosevelt light rail station. Beautiful Greenlake and urban forest, Cowen Park, are both blocks away. Gorgeous coffee shops, award winning restaurants, PCC Co-op, Wholefoods, tacos, pho, Thai, & Indian restaurants all within blocks. The soaking tub with endless hot water, freshly ground local coffee, & Smith Teas. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers.

Clean private apartment near Green Lake/light rail

Seattle’s most popular park is a five minute walk from our newly remodeled basement apartment. Enjoy a private entrance, w/d, bathroom and kitchen as well as wifi and a pull out queen bed for extra guests. Great restaurants/pubs, grocery and amenities are all easily accessible on foot, with ample public transportation options for further exploration. If you are looking for a clean, convenient & comfortable place to recharge your batteries after exploring Seattle, look no further!

Contemporary Comfort in Prime U-District Location

This stand-alone studio was built in 2019 and is conveniently located in The University District. The unit is located over the garage and offers private entry and parking. The studio is equipped with a compact kitchen for light cooking, and provides a dining/work area, a full bed, a closet armoire, and a 3/4 private bathroom with toilet, sink, and standing shower. It has AC and heating. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops.

Cozy Backyard Cottage on Green Lake

Cozy private backyard cottage directly across the street from Green Lake. It's a separate structure from the main house. Small kitchen, full bathroom, and a separate gated/fenced-in area for your small dog. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, PCC organic food, and more. You can also walk or run the lake (2.8 miles around), rent kayaks or paddle boards, or just play in the water. Close to UW and only a few minutes from downtown. (ABB incorrectly lists as a 4 min walk to lake)
