This large historic Craftsman home is the perfect place to gather with family and friends and explore the area around Scotia! Main home sleeps 9: 3 upper bedrooms with ensuite baths and main floor BR with adjacent bath. Large living and dining rooms. Beautiful woodwork. Country kitchen with eat-in nook. Outdoor grill. Fishing ponds. Paddleboat. Handicap access. Tiny roughing it cabin sleeps 3. Fire pit. The owner lives in a separate lower unit and has 2 pet cats that roam the property.

The Pepper Shed

Welcome to The Pepper Shed! This is a unique utility, used as a dog house for our family dog Pepper. It has a built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

Boo's Barn

Escape to the peace and quiet of the countryside in this new charming building that is nestled in 5 acres of grassland, vineyard, and gardens. This 2 bedroom 1 bath home offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Sip coffee on the front porch while watching the sunrise over the valley. Inside you will find rustic touches from the reclaimed barnwood accent wall and handmade furniture. Amenities include a coffee bar, fully stocked kitchen with pans and dishes, and wifi.

Find peace and solitude as you relax and unwind in our quiet neighborhood. Our cabin has all new flooring, new furniture, and appliances, with a remodeled bathroom. The big front porch is the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening meal. A quiet street with a corn field to the south of the cabin and a grassy meadow on the other side. Just across the meadow is the Scotia Rec Hall with playground equipment.
