We are located on 22 acres of seclusion.Very Private Spacious Bedrooms with hard wood floors, (Sunset Room)1 King size bed,high quality bedding,Air,Gas fireplace,Flat screen t.v.,Large private bathrooms with large walk-in showers,iron,hairdryer,I-pod station alarm clock,,each room has sitting area,either a balcony or patio overlooking property, We have a games room with pool table,poker table,big screen t.v.We are minutes from Niagara Falls & Attractions.casino's,restaurant's wineries ,shopping,night life,etc.We are 2 km from the scenic Niagara River Pkwy were one can walk,bike,picnic on the the recerational trail.Legends on the Niagara Golf Course is also 2 km from us as well as many championship courses.Each morning you will have a warm hearty country breakfast before you go out and explore Niagara.Our B&B is in a quaint village called Chippawa but in 1960 became part of NIagara Falls.It is a beautiful area which has a hometown feel.We have built this home to share with others so why not visit us in Niagara Falls we would love to have you! Bushy House B&B / Merton Suite (License #089-2017)

Bushy House is a colonial style cottage nestled in a ravine garden just outside historic Old Town. The Merton Suite is one of two generous suites we provide. It has a sunny aspect in the morning, looking out toward the garden and forest, with many birds visiting the feeder. We have a bird book & binoculars in the room, if you need! The suite has a gas fireplace , which is lovely when the temperatures drop. A full breakfast is delivered to your room or on your own deck: slow down, and - enjoy.

Step back in time to our 1875 Victorian manor located in the picturesque Village of Bobcaygeon. Five minute walk to town with restaurants, Lock 32, museum, Settler's Village, shopping & the famous Bigley Shoe store. Ice cream right from the Kawartha Dairy factory is almost mandatory. Nocturne Suites is located in the heart of Stratford, a short walk to theatres, restaurants, and one-of-a-kind shopping. Nocturne is a beautifully appointed, licensed, yellow brick Victorian house which has only two suites. Each suite, on the second floor, is private and secure, each with its own full, private, ensuite bathroom. Minimum 2 night stay required on weekends. The owner-host is a retired 20 season music composer, consultant, and educator for the Stratford Festival.
