Surrounded by greenery and an abundance of nature, you can enjoy on one of the 5 terraces overlooking the lake or the mountain, or simply sit in the garden by the fountain and listen to the sound of the river. Perfect Location. Beautiful View. FREE Parking included in the price. This is a new wonderfully designed apartment. On the 6th floor, it has an amazing view of Lake Ohrid, Old Town, and sunset. Placed in the heart of Ohrid around us is basically everything as we described in our "neighborhood" section. Lake Ohrid is about 100m and the nearest city beach is 10 minutes walk. The central bus station is situated a 10-minute drive and Ohrid International Airport is reachable within 15 minutes by car.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.
