200+' of waterfront adjacent to conservation land, affords privacy & arguably the best views on Long Pond. While relaxing on one of the decks, you can listen to the call of loon, watch herons soar by, revel in the magnificence of bald eagles, & are treated to spectacular sunsets. Enjoy swimming, boating, & fishing directly from dock. This Scandinavian style cottage is located on lower Long Pond. The drive in to LILLA STUGA (Swedish for little cottage) is at the end of a 1.5 mile private road.

Huge private driveway can hold at least 6 vehicles. Open concept first floor, 12 chair table, a brand new huge sectional couch, spacious kitchen with new appliances and plenty of floor space to boogie around. 5 large bedrooms and a loft can accommodate 12 in beds, plus two other rooms that could be used to accommodate additional guests.

A glamping site built in 2022 offers a contactless check-in process with a custom key code. Additionally, we have added archery, axe throwing, and kayaks to enhance your outdoor activity!

There is easy access to multiple hiking trails. There are also many winter activities - snow shoeing, cross country skiing and ice skating!
