It is located within the Great Orme Country Park with breath-taking views out over the Conwy estuary and the Snowdonia mountain ranges. Walk out of the garden gate to explore miles of trails with stunning scenery, or take a 15 min stroll down into the beautiful Victorian town of Llandudno.

A refurbished, 1930s detached cottage with open plan kitchen & lounge, galleried style bedroom with king bed & en-suite shower. Your own private patio & parking space. The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach in a quiet residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. On the North Wales Coastal Walk path & 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. A great base for exploring North Wales or chilling locally.

Cottage annex is all yours & we would encourage you to relax in our garden which is filled with treeferns. The garden has been featured on BBC Gardeners World & is frequently on Welsh tv ‘Garddio a Mwy’. The main cottage has been featured on Welsh house style programme ‘Dan Do’ as well as Channel 4s A Place in the Sun: Home or Away. It is a small cottage and garden; we love it & hope you will too! If the weather is kind you can enjoy Ibiza standard sunsets from the comfort of your own room, and there are some fantastic restaurants in Beaumaris & Menai Bridge together with a local pub at the top of the hill ~The Owain Glyndwr.
