Hilltop House

Situated at the base of Mount Helena, in the mansion district, Hilltop House features a beautifully landscaped exterior introducing you to a well kept upstairs apartment with plenty of charm. A comfortable 1 bed/1 bath has a relaxing living room with gas fireplace and walkout balcony , a cute kitchen, bathroom with a claw foot tub/shower and lots of light. The close proximity to our historic downtown and walking /biking trails allows visitors the opportunity to experience the Helena we love.

Mansion District in Helena, Second floor apartment

The upstairs apartment has windows in every room (even the bathroom and walk-in closet), high speed Wi-Fi, a private entrance with a digital lock - self check-in, come and go in privacy. Three blocks to great mountain biking and hiking trails, and three blocks to the historic downtown area with great restaurants, shops, 3 breweries, a distillery, Ice Cream shop, cinema including the Myrna Loy Theatre and the Grand Street Community Theatre. It has a full kitchen for long- or short-term stays.

Welcome to our bright, happy basement apartment where you'll find the perfect blend of cozy comfort and underground allure! We are located on Helena’s west side. Centrally located to downtown, Spring Meadow lake, Broadwater hot springs, and hiking and biking trails. Our spacious basement apartment boasts all the essentials for an unforgettable stay! Benton House - guest suite, no cleaning fee

Located in the heart of the original town site for Helena, the Benton House provides great access to downtown, the mountain trails, and all that is wonderful about Helena. We are owner occupied, you will be staying in a recently redecorated private suite on the 2nd floor of our Victorian home. The Benton House is 2 blocks from the walking mall, less than a mile to the trailheads on Mt. Helena and Mt. Ascension. We are also very conveniently located to the Capital and to Carroll College.

Cozy Mid-Century Guest Suite

A recently remodeled mid-century guest suite in the heart of Helena. The suite features a queen size bed, closet space, high quality bedding, microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, AC, and natural light throughout. A comfy, wide couch with bedding can be used in the living room for an extra bed. Brand new shower and replaced flooring in every room. Easy access to I-15, a quick drive to downtown Helena which is full of microbreweries, eateries and shopping, and close to the Capitol complex.

Stylish studio close to the Walking Mall

You are sure to love this studio which is just a stones throw from Helena’s famous walking mall. With restaurants, bars and breweries all within a short walking distance, you’ll have everything you need close by. You’ll be staying in a piece of history. The building is the oldest mansion in Helena, built in 1868 and has been divided into multiple different units. This one has its own entrance at the rear of the property. Please note that it is on the second story so there are stairs!

Hillsdale Hideaway - Close to biking & downtown

Apartment in desired south central location. Hike/bike trails adjacent to property. Conveniently located between downtown and the Capitol. Apartment is comfortable and clean. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans and spices, making it easy to cook your own meals. Stainless steel appliances. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are provided. The cozy fireplace, smart TV and new sofa sleeper are great for relaxing after a busy day. Bright walkout basement with no stairs.

Birds & the Bees

The Birds&Bees (B&B) is tucked away in the south hills and yet walking distance to downtown. You will be close to Grateful Bread Bakery, the library, Blackfoot River Brewing Co. and the infamous Windbag Saloon. For fine dining On Broadway restaurant is there, as well. For eating in, you can take a short drive down the hill to the Real Food Market & Deli for fresh, organic groceries. Welcome to Helena and explore what it has to offer.
