The beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Chalet is located on a semi-rural property, only 15 minutes from Albany CBD. With a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely outdoor entertaining area, this chalet has everything your family could want. We are a Pet Friendly retreat, with plenty of room for your pets to run and play. A short walk through the property you will find the Kalgan River, where you can kayak with the family. It is a quiet and peaceful space with lots of birdlife and regular visits from the many kangaroos who like to graze on the grass. Our chalets make a great base to get out and explore the region and ensure comfort and a great space to relax when you get home from a day out.

Burnley House offers a little luxury in a peaceful country setting. Furnished carefully to suit a grand bygone era. Burnley House offers a separate gazebo in the adjoining yard with your own BBQ and Pizza oven. You have exclusive access to your own private pool. Verandahs surround the house, overlooking the pool and a large, lawned, and paved area. Burnley offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, and another two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs.

Billa Billa Farm Cottages

We have four, spacious and very comfortable self-contained 2 bedroom cottages. Each cottage can sleep up to 5 people. 1 bedroom with a king size bed and the other bedroom with 3 single beds, all bedding and bath towels are provided. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, microwave and fridge. A wood fire located in the open plan lounge room and dining area and a private verandah with an outdoor setting and barbeque overlooking the dam and valley.
