New Class A quality 2 bedroom elevated home surrounded by water with private dock and stunning views of the Cherokee Sound. Beautiful cypress vaulted ceilings w spacious feeling. Front porch and rear deck overlooking the water provides generous living space. 13' Boston Whaler w/ 30 HP Yamaha ($100/day/3 day min) moored at dock for round-the-clock access to the sound and surrounding waters. This property is a fisherman's dream with bonefish flats and offshore fishing minutes away. Truly amazing.

Within walking distance, small grocery store, deli/coffee shop, gas & harbour. 45min drive south of Marsh Harbour. 10min drive to Pete's Pub. Remote and tranquil. Rental car advised.

Halcyon House overlooks the turquoise waters and beautiful sunsets located on Lubbers Quarters. Very secluded with no neighbors in sight of the home. This 3-bed, 2-bath home has large covered decks overlooking the Sea of Abaco. Upstairs there is a 1/1 with the open living offering addition sleep quarters, the dining and kitchen area, plus 1/1 on lower level that also looks out to the Ocean. Shared dockage adjacent the house. Only accessible by boat. We can arrange drop off and pickup.
