Charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 2nd floor apartment in the heart of Leitchfield. Fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Minutes from shopping, dining, and a short drive to both Nolin and Rough River Lake. Luxury Pottery Barn linens and high end furniture throughout the unit. The unit is above 2 office spaces. We try to work from home when hosting, but please understand you may see us during your stay. We always alert the guest before entry. The offices are locked off from the main entrance.

My Blessing 1, at Rough River Lake Area!

Countryside, not fancy, everything you need in a clean place at a low price. The lake is 10 minutes away, for fishing, hunting or swimming, in the area. There is not room for trailers or boats in our parking spaces. You can park 2 vehicles per apartment. Blue Oval 45 minutes away, 60 minutes to Mammoth Cave National Park. Our address is 14405 South Hwy 259, Apt. 1, Leitchfield, KY 42754 Leitchfield is at 15 minutes, Etown 45 minutes. Not for city life and entertainment.

Rental is an open concept apartment with one queen bed. Bathroom includes shower and single vanity with sink. Kitchen area contains a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Bathroom and kitchen amenities are provided for four people. Dollar General Market and gas station across street! Wifi is included, but not the fastest. Wax Marina is 1/4 mile away. NO smoking in room. No pets allowed.

This studio will work for one, two or a small family. It has one full size bed and a twin with a trundle. It also includes a mini fridge a microwave and a coffee maker. If you are looking for an out of the way spot to work in a peaceful setting, taking the family to visit relatives, taking in a concert, hunting in our beautiful woods, or just passing through, A"door"able has what you need.
