The Diamond House, cozy home in park-like setting

Located 7 miles north from the airport ferry terminal, 10 miles north of downtown, and 5 miles from Knudson Cove and Clover Pass. One bedroom with a queen and a queen pull-out couch in living room. Single cot available upon request. Three couches and a smart TV. Kitchenette has cooking utensils/equipment, coffee maker, microwave, rice cooker, hotplate, electric skillet, ect. NO STOVE. The “Diamond House” was built in the 80's by a local man named Mr. Diamond who was known for his smoked fish.

My tiny space is not a stand alone building. It’s a converted apartment with the idea of turning dreary into stunning. Water views and two minutes to the bus stop. Walking distance to town. Top cruise ship stop for Totem pole parks, fish hatcheries, Misty Fjords, Kayak tours, etc. Upstairs bedroom sleeps 6 with twin bunks/trundles. 2 downstairs BR each with queen/twin. 2 full bathrooms. Sandy beach 5 steps from lower deck.

The Captain Suite

This craftsman style suite will have you feeling as if you were aboard a ship, sleeping in a comfy bed, looking up at the beautiful handcrafted wooden ceiling sourced from local red and yellow cedar. Local woods are showcased throughout the home. With beach access across the street at Rotary Beach (AKA "Bugge's Beach" to locals) and a beautiful walking path, you have plenty of activities to fill your time. And if it happens to be a rainy day, you have a covered porch to enjoy the ocean air!

Cedar Suite

Located in the Thomas Basin area of Ketchikan, the Cedars unit is centrally-located and close to restaurants, bars, shopping and boat docks. The unit is freshly decorated and is equipped to meet most every need. There are two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. A optional unit (Celtic Suite) with an adjoining door is available to rent with one queen bed. The owners are local and have a shop located below the unit.
