Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. It's the perfect escape for couples & small groups of friends—whether visiting local wineries, hiking trails, the Yuba River, or relaxing in front of the fireplace listening to the creek below.

This is a private guest house which is adjacent to the owners home. It is nestled next to beautiful 100 ft cedar, dogwood & pine trees on 2 wooded acres. This 400 sq ft guest house has a full kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk-in shower, one bedroom with a queen size bed. Bedroom has its own entrance to the large deck. There is a loft that can accommodate additional guests. Located just 3 1/2 miles from downtown Grass Valley and 5 miles from Nevada City, CA.

Good vibes abound at this Historic Downtown Grass Valley cottage. The Prospector's Cottage was built during the gold rush but has undergone a complete renovation to give it a modern feel while retaining its historic charm. Have a drink and relax on the amazing front porch overlooking the neighborhood. Walk to the many shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes or gather with friends in the bright & open kitchen/dining room. It is just a 5 min drive to all that downtown Nevada City offers as well.

Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Sweet 101

Sweet 101 is a bright, clean and private Bungalow in walking distance to downtown Grass Valley and the Nevada County Fairgrounds. The Bungalow sleeps 2 but could accommodate up to 4. Full kitchen and bathroom. Wifi and TV provided. On and off street parking. Located less than a block from a large City park with great play equipment for the kids. Complimentary local coffee and treats. Both of the host are local business owners and available to share info on the area.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will be greeted with beauty and fantastic views nestled among giant Ponderosa Pines, a wide variety of wildlife and birds galore. Bald eagles have been spotted on occasion! As a guest you will have access to a very private spot on the river where you can try your luck panning for gold or fishing. You can also just relax while reading a good book, skipping rocks or just dip your toes in the water.
