The Tiny PeaPod is a cozy 1-bed 1-bath home!

The Tiny PeaPod is a cozy little home away from home. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just walking distance to the park/splash pad. It has 1-bathroom with a tub/shower combo and 1-bedroom with a queen bed and electric fireplace. It also offers for sleeping a small size hideaway bed more for a child than a grown adult in the living room and a small twin size rollaway bed. This tiny home also has a full kitchen, laundry room, wifi, Netflix, BBQ gill, fire pit, and two patios for relaxing.

Quiet safe community with walking distance to park. Minutes from area lakes and rivers, 5 minutes to Ball, 10 min to Tioga 15 minutes from Pineville, 21 to Alexandria Louisiana. 1 BLOCK From Hwy 165. Easy access to major hwy. Our home is truly home away from, where family can sit back and relax while kids play outside in a spacious back yard. If your looking for a bit of night life, take a short 10 mile drive to our local casino for dinner at he buffet, a little Texas holdem or slots.

The Classy Camp

The Camp is a one bedroom one bath neatly located on 6 acres in south grant parish 9 miles from Louisiana College in Pineville La. The Camp hosts a beautiful picturesque view of a one acre pond from the back porch. Please watch your children the pond is deep. The Camp sleeps 6. 1queen size bed 1bunk bed 1 pull out sofa. This house is very clean. Fishing will be available soon. This cozy cottage also has central heat and air, washer and dryer, coffee pot stove microwave. Families are welcome.

The Evergreen Escape

Nantachie Water View

The fish are biting. Relaxing unique and tranquil getaway. Two porches both with fantastic views of Nantachie Lake. Small library of 100 + books or bring your fav. Family friendly VCR tapes (100+) and player available for use. Beas country store sells gas, groceries, bait, alcohol, and lunches 3 miles south Hwy 71. Lake public landings, 3 Red River boat launches, grocery store, City of Natchitoches, all in drives 30 min are less. Free boat and trailer parking.

Iatt Lake Cabins and Kayaks House Boat

Houseboat on quiet and serene lake. No running water on boat but bathroom is close by. Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone, on a leash at all times when outside. and please pick up after your pets. Kayak, paddle boat and pirogue rentals including life jackets and paddles available. Kayak rental - $35/day each or $60/2 days each. Paddleboat, pirogue or tandem kayak rental - $45/day or $70/2 days.

Tiny House Hide Away

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. A cute Tiny House in a country setting nestled by a big white barn near a green pastured seamed by a white picket fence. The Tiny house has an enclosed patio area with bbq pit, spa, and picnic table with umbrella along with stepping stones leading from the front porch. Tiny House Hide Away has a relaxing private area with grill, spa and picnic table that will provide many hours of fun and relaxation.

Big Blue House on Birkland

Cozy and spacious 3 bed, 2 bath “Blue Haven” in peaceful Tioga! This well-kept home sits on a quiet half-acre with easy access to Hwy 165, Alexandria VA Medical Center, Kings Country shopping, Jena Choctaw Pines Casino, downtown Pineville, Louisiana Christian University, Proctor & Gamble, Camp Beauregard, and the Pentecostal Campground. Perfect for families or work stays—comfortable, convenient, and constantly being updated for your enjoyment!

Moms Place

Come unwind in our clean and cozy 2 bedroom, 1 full bath home! It has all the amenities of home from new beds ( one queen, one full), furnished kitchen and laundry. The home is sitting on almost 2 acres so plenty of room for a boat or trailer. If you are coming in for a conference or camp, it’s only 2 miles away from the Pentecostal Campgrounds! My goal is to make you feel at home, in my home! ❤️

KK's Little Cottage

Nestled amongst the tall timbers of The Kisatchie National Forest you'll find respite in KK's Little Cottage. The cottage is located down a dead end dirt road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome! You're likely to see some type of wildlife, and it is quite possible you will hear shots fired from hunters. Welcome to our cozy space, enjoy!!
