Coffee shops, boutiques, new and reused furniture, army surplus, food coop, thrift stores, museums, herb store, art galleries, Gila National Forest, Leopold Wilderness, CDT, festivals and more, Too much to list.

Enjoy the history of this 1908 built house, beautifully remodeled. It is a registered cultural property in Silver City as The Thompson House. As many original features as possible were left and are a beautiful juxtaposition to the new, modern decor. You are mere blocks from the university, restaurants, galleries, gift shops, brewery, and coffee shops. Suite 2 consists of a Queen bed, ensuite bath, living room with full pull out couch. The casita is located on the back of a larger property with shade trees next to long term residents. The neighbors are quiet, respectful, and welcome the same from any AirBnB guest.

Quiet, cozy cottage in the beautiful Mimbres Valley, located between City of Rocks State Park and Lake Roberts. Sleeps three, or couple with two small children (1 double bed, 1 single). Pet friendly, with large shaded enclosure. Hummingbird haven from April to October. Patio with charcoal grill and a garden for seasonal picking. Fresh eggs from my chickens in the fridge in season. Cell phone service is ok if you put your phone in wifi mode; otherwise, not good. Se habla Español.

Our Casita is located in Silver City's historic downtown district. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, artisan shops, bike rentals, Western New Mexico University, and hiking trails. The Casita is small, i.e., approximately 500 square feet. However, it has a queen size bed, a twin bed, and two single sofa sleepers. It has a full kitchen, a small refrigerator. Well behaved pets are welcome and may enjoy the fully fenced, private yard.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the country. Enjoy gazing at the stars and watching the wildlife. If you enjoy the outdoors we are within 4 miles of hiking and riding trails. We are located at the foothills of the Gila National Forest and the Aldo Leopold Wilderness where you can enjoy many trails that are available for hiking and riding.

The Swan st Cottage

Our quaint, simple little place is located exactly in the middle of Silver City. It was our family’s first home for 10+ years. Local Artists sell their Art in the home. The hospital and track are near by. We have had the same great, but very close neighbors for over 15 years who watch out for each other. The traffic can be busy on weekdays around 8am and 5pm.
