Living/sleeping area has a dining table that seats 6, large couch with lounger, swivel chair, flat screen TV (basic package with Dish) and a DVD player.

Located centrally in the westside of Deming, less than a mile from the hospital, shopping, and in "downtown" area.

There is a (0.3 mi) 2 minute drive to Western New Mexico University, a (0.9 mi) 4 minute drive to Downtown Silver City, and a (2.8 mi) 8 minute drive to Gila Regional Medical Center.
