Granite Mountain Views-Prescott

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

NAN’S INN is a hidden gem located in the heart of Prescott. It is near the Courthouse plaza with shopping, good food, musical events & art shows on the square and famous whiskey row. Close by are the beautiful Granite Dells, Granite Mountain & Thumb Butte with their hiking trails, museums, Watson, Lynx and Willow lakes and the colleges (Prescott, Yavapai & Embry Riddle). There are many things to explore in Prescott and Nan’s Inn is a perfect spot to relax & unwind at the end of a busy day!

Secluded Getaway -Spacious! 10 Minutes from Town

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate with a keypad. The gate opens and your in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, roll top desk, pellet stove for winter and A/C in the summer. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner.

Prescott’s Sweet Suite

This is a separate & private suite, with free parking for one vehicle & a private entrance. Walking distance to Courthouse/Whiskey Row, about 1.25 miles & Prescott Resort 1 miles. 4.1 miles to Watson lake. Equipped with a full size refrigerator, induction cooktops, oven/air frier, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, drinkware & utensils. Also provided are kitchen, and bed & bath linens. Additional pillows, blankets, towels, pack-n-play, iron, picnic basket & more available on request

The Majestic Mountain Retreat

Unplug and recharge at The Majestic Mountain Retreat, as seen on Cash Pad! Also known as the Walker Getaway, it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy epic views from the patio. With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road. Great hiking & biking close by. We are off the beaten path but only 15 min to shopping and dining out. (21399677)

You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sit and read by the open window or sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio and listen to the variety of birds and other wildlife that frequent our quiet neighborhood.

This place is perfect for guests who want to escape from the busyness of city life or the desert heat. Our guests often enjoy hiking and exploring all the natural beauty in our area.

The home is a modern skandi with all the luxury and comfort one would desire including a luxurious 2 person hot tub. We also have a library of vintage books and games for you to enjoy! Very close to Downtown restaurants/bars/shops! Also close to hiking trails & Lakes Well behaved Dogs are welcome. (Please indicate when making reservations) PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE POTS/PANS/COOKWARE There are utensils/glasses plates etc… but no pots and pans.
