Cheerful 4 bedroom home, big yard great for family

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our home has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms with a bonus game room that features a pull out couch bed, multi use game table and laundry! It has a large yard with outdoor games, bar, firepit and tables to eat and enjoy the fresh air! Also, it’s just a few miles away from Top Golf, Sunsplash, Quarry Park, and Thunder Valley Casino! Folsom Lake is 8 miles away, and we’re only an hour from the Boreal Mountain for fun in the snow!

Charming home in the heart of Roseville! Enjoy the cozy family room with gas fireplace, Smart TV to stream your favorite shows, & a pull-out sofa that can sleep 2. The primary suite features a king bed & another Smart TV. The remaining two bedrooms have queen beds. Expansive backyard featuring a free-form pool (pool is not heated) & gas grill for your grilling pleasure. The kitchen has all the basics + K cups for the Keurig. This cozy stylish home is perfect for your getaway! with an open concept, 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. Great alternative for those who have a small group and don't want to pay Hotel prices. A smaller price, and much more to offer! Smart TVs in every room. Board games for your entertainment. Comfy beds and a futon. A small backyard to with outdoor cooking. There is a cave door separating the living/kitchen area and bedroom. So if you are taller than 5' 4", you will have to duck :).
