Casa Bonita Pachino

La casa è stata TOTALMENTE ristrutturata. Cucina, bagni, veranda. Tutto nuovo. Passando dal vialetto privato si giunge al mare che dista 100 m. Una spiaggia Stupenda, mai affollata. Una veranda con il pergolato dove fare colazione , pranzare o utilizzare il barbecue. Le camere sono dolci ed accoglienti dotate di condizionatore. Grande terrazzo abitabile. La casa ha il wifi. La zona permette di svolgere molte attività sportive come il windsurf ed il kitesurf. Il mare è bellissimo.

Ubicata tra le città di Modica e Noto, al confine tra le provincie di Ragusa e Siracusa, la contrada San Giacomo gode di una speciale vista sugli Iblei. Corten House is an amazing villa with swimming pool located on the outskirts of Modica. The property is the result of a skilful renovation and enjoys a fantastic view of the countryside and the historic part of Modica. The villa is spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor there is an open space with an open kitchen and living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The large windows lead to a veranda adjacent to the house.

Ristrutturato a Giugno 2017, Il monolocale 2 di Casina Lanterne è uno dei monolocali vicini e speculari di 32mq ciascuno, dotato di ingresso indipendente, cucina soggiorno con divano-letto, piano cottura a induzione, stufa a legna e bagno. Il soppalco accoglie il letto matrimoniale e offre la possibilità di aggiungere un letto singolo. La cucina esterna, la zona barbecue, la piscina sono di uso comune.Parcheggio nel cortile interno
