Our house is conveniently located a 1/4 mile from Traverse City State Park, 1/2 mile from TART and 2 miles from downtown Traverse City. The interior is unique and tastefully decorated. It has an open living space, connecting the living room, dining room and kitchen together. You will experience adjustable air beds, modern kitchen appliances, climate control (heat & air), a fully equipped kitchen and a washer & dryer. We have wireless internet, a Smart TV with streaming services.

Whole house downtown, with kid and adult bikes

Walk to downtown, enjoy Traverse Bay, Boardman Lake, the restaurants & microbrews. A well appointed house that sleeps up to 5. No cleaning fee, we do it ourselves to perfection. Commercial zoning makes it legal, but part of the Boardman Neighborhood so you live like a local. Popular for couples weekends, family vacations with kids, easy locale for wine tours.
