“Rustic luxury” - spacious and cozy guest house up north with 2 bedrooms and one full bath. The main room has a kitchenette, dining room and office. The living room has books and a TV with Roku. King in master with Roku TV, two sets of bunk beds in 2nd bedroom. Our guesthouse is designed to be friendly to large or small families, couples or groups traveling together, or just one couple. Quiet neighborhood; big parties, bachelorette parties, etc. are not allowed.

Spacious open loft surrounded by trees. At the end of a dead-end road only 1 mile from Traverse City's West Bay, and in a quiet wooded area. Close to downtown Traverse City (1 mile), TART trail (.5 mile), Sleeping Bear Dunes (20 miles). Private access and designated parking area. Sleep with the windows open (not in the winter, please) and listen to the owls, wind rustling through trees, and enjoy nature without light pollution. Great spot for bird watching.

If you want a peaceful setting in spectacular Leelanau County with a short drive to the cute towns of Sutton's Bay, Northport and Leland, this is the place. Ground floor studio w/ outside private entrance. Large private yard plus fire pit. 2 minute walk to Omena Bay and same to small lake across the street. Seasonal listing, open late May to mid Oct. Minimum 2 nights. Private car necessary to get around.
