The Perfect Getaway Close to TC/Sleeping Bear Dune

Pet Friendly! Boat for your use! We are close to numerous activities and great restaurants. Our home is located on a 16 Acre PRIVATE Lake *Traverse City 14 miles *Sleeping Bear Dune 31 miles *Crystal Mountain 17 miles Smart TV Coffee Netflix Private Lake Access Fiber Optic WI-FI Full Kitchen A Recent Review The home was very clean and updated. Having the use of a boat was awesome, and the lake was great for fishing. Very good sound proofing between the duplexes. Never heard the neighbors once!

Creek side, Great outdoor space, On the bike trail

Its a country setting yet very close to Down Town TC and near wineries and biking makes this perfect for people looking to explore Leealanu County and Traverse City. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, Very quiet and peaceful but still very close to downtown. Tart bike trail is across the drive. By bike on the paved bike trail Downtown is 4 miles, and to beautiful Suttons bay is 12 miles. Amazing babbling Creek in the back yard with a fire pit that includes fire wood.

Charming Marina/Restaurant District Home

This home is a very cute 2BR/2BA, 3 blocks from Grand Traverse Bay, beaches, restaurants, the marina, and 1 block to the TART bike trail. You will find the remodeled kitchen equipped for basic cooking needs, should you choose to cook in. The 2 queen beds have premium mattresses and now, modified "safe" bedding practices. The back west facing deck with a sun arbor is a comfortable spot for chilling or grilling after a long day of activity. License number 2023-32.

North of Ordinary

North of Ordinary is a private guest suite situated along the Old Mission Peninsula wine trail, only 2 miles from downtown Traverse City. The space has a separate entrance with locks, a private bathroom and outdoor patio space. The suite also has a miniature refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker with complementary tea and coffee. As your host, I am happy to provide recommendations regarding local attractions, but will otherwise offer complete privacy.

Nice Apartment (unit B) downtown Traverse City

We're located in historic downtown Traverse City's Boardman neighborhood. It's a lovely tree-lined street walk to shopping, dining, & fun at the beach. We're also right next to the Boardman Lake Trail loop. So bring your bikes, bring your kayaks! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
