Capri condo unit 107 Downtown Traverse City

Walk to everything downtown TC has to offer! It is a one bedroom, one bath condo with a king size bed in the bedroom and an upgraded memory foam queen pull out leather sofa in the living room. We have black out blinds in the bedroom and black out curtains in the living room. It is only 3 blocks to the beach! It is only 2 blocks to Front Street which is home to great shopping and amazing restaurants! There are also some of our favorite restaurants/bars that are within 1 block of the condo.

Lovely 1 bedroom, 2 bed condo on Tart Trail

Wonderful 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with living room that has sofa sleeper and full kitchen with dining area. Easy access ground floor unit with washer/dryer. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, glasses, Keurig, pots and pans. Bathroom includes shampoo and bodywash. Located on the Tart Trail for easy access to downtown Traverse City, parks, restaurants and beaches. This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Smart TV has Samsung TV Plus included or stream your subscriptions.

Have this updated, waterfront condo be your home away from home while visiting the Traverse City area! This condo sits on East Bay with unobstructed views of the water. LOVE this modern, newly decorated, walk in condo!

Lovely, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a private patio at "the Lofts at 58" located in the heart of The Village at Grand Traverse Commons! Enjoy casual & fine dining, shops, walking and hiking trails, breweries and wineries right outside your door! This is one of the largest historic sites in the US and the tours are interesting and fun! Traverse City's Downtown district is only a mile away where you can enjoy the beaches, sunsets on the bay, shopping, restaurants, theaters, and more!

Gorgeous condo located in the heart of Traverse City is now available to book. The condo is located within close walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, beaches, shopping and more. Several great places right across the street like Rare Bird, The Parlor, Patisserie Amie and one block away from FireFly. This is definitely the place to be staying in Traverse City! - We are following all guidelines and protocols per the CDC for a deep clean so the condo will be well sanitized.
